Another Day In Paradise

Hello!

So I'm home for the evening once again... I was supposed to be at the club/bar Santa Fé tonight but most of my room mates from the military went home instead... Because today was the day that we got to know how long we'll be in the military... we're 12 dudes in the room I live in... and 7 of them are going to serve in the military for a whole year.... 362 days.... but I and only 4 others will get out from the military on July 6th 2012... We serve 180 days... and we've got 135 days left...

I guess I should be happy.. cause this is what I wanted.. now I'll get out of there as fast as possible and hopefully help my sister if she's still with us after that... But I'm not that happy.. cause I feel sorry for my friends that have to be there... even though they don't want to... It sucks... big time...

And what did I do today? Well.. I went for a swim... now this might not sound that bad for some of you readers.. BUT.. this is Finland... in February the water here is between +1 to +5 degrees... So they made a 10x3 meter hole in the ice and then we had to swim from one side to the other... in full gear... clothes, skis, weapon, you name it... and then we changed clothes outside on the ice... Great times in the Finnish Military :D

Unfortunately, I haven't had any time to make any virtual tunings :(... But I'll make one this weekend... I promise!

And this weekend is also a sad one cause I'm attending a funeral... My grandfathers brothers funeral... I'll be one of the 6 people that carries the casket.. I'll wear my military uniform.. I hope no one will give any bad feedback because of this.. But my parents said that it's okey... So I hope the rest of the people agree...

But that's about it... 

And again, sorry for the very few posts this month.. but the military life takes away 99,5% of any normal life activities... The posts will be more normal after July 6th :)
